I think one of the most important things I’ve learned this year is just how involved Google is in our everyday lives. When you search for almost everything that we do and sometimes not even when we realize it. Here we are on our phones. We’re talking to Siri. We’re using some kind of technology where we’re trying to figure out where we’re gonna eat, where we’re going to go, what does the weather look like. And for me, I’ve had to really dig deeper into that space to figure out how does it really work.
You know, a lot of times I think people think that organic search is some magical mythical thing. But the reality is there’s some structure to it. You have to get in. You have to learn that language a little bit. But once you do you realize how that technology works and that really what Google is trying to do is to make search the best that it can be. And so it’s important for marketers to make sure that you’re building that thought process into how you’re building organic strategy. That’s really what I’ve spent most my time trying to learn this year.
